At StayClothed, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are custom-made just for you, we have established a clear and fair return policy that complies with UK consumer rights and Google’s merchant standards.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all products, including t-shirts, hoodies, and beanies.

1. Faulty, Damaged, or Misprinted Items If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error:

  • The Resolution: We offer a full refund or a free replacement.

  • The Cost: There is no cost to the customer.

  • The Process: Please email stayclothed.com@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue within 30 days. In most cases, you do not need to mail the faulty item back.

2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind & Sizing) If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect size, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair/odors). You are welcome to try the item on for size as you would in a retail store.

  • Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our UK facility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.

  • Exemptions: Items that have been clearly personalised (e.g., custom names or text added by the user) are exempt from standard returns unless they are faulty.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at stayclothed.com@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected at our UK facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Because every item at StayClothed is made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please follow our Standard Return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get your new gear as quickly as possible.
