This website is operated by StayClothed. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to StayClothed. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

SECTION 1 - PRINT-ON-DEMAND & MANUFACTURING

StayClothed operates a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means that products (t-shirts, hoodies, and beanies) are manufactured only after an order is placed.

  • Product Variations: We strive to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and the nature of digital printing on fabric, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical garment.

  • Size Accuracy: All apparel follows industry-standard sizing. It is the customer's responsibility to consult the provided size guides before purchasing.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 3 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS (PRINTFUL & SHOPIFY)

You acknowledge that our service relies on third-party providers.

  • Fulfillment: Your order is processed and fulfilled by Printful. We are not liable for delays caused by their manufacturing capacity or shipping carrier disruptions.

  • Hosting: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only. StayClothed is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal strikes, or incorrect address entry by the customer. Risk of loss and title for items purchase pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, logos, and content on stayclothed.com are the intellectual property of StayClothed. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or products without express written permission from us.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall StayClothed, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions to fabric or inks, or wear-and-tear from improper washing.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
